Terms and conditions

Please note a 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. This allows me time to fill your appointment with another client. Cancellations can be made by contacting V'sBeautique on 07972857197, or using the Freshas app if you used this to book your appointment.

Part payment of 50% of the treatment price for any cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will be applied due not being able to resell the appointment time. 

Punctuality and courtesy

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as arriving early or late may interfere with yours or others treatment times. 

Please be aware that client data will need to be obtained so if your booking for the first time a short consultation my need to be carried out. This is 100% confidential and used for treatment purpose only. 

Patch test are required for certain treatments, and data will be obtained from this and stored correctly and safely. No treatments requiring a patch test will take place until this has been done. 

When booking with V'sBeautique your consenting to Pictured being taken of the treatment to be used as learning and advertising purposes.  If you do not wish for your pictures to be used for advertisement please let me know and I will ensure that no picture's will be used.

Please be aware any medical issues need to be spoken about in advance to your treatment. If V'sBeautique isn't notified of any medical issues and treatment is effected due to this I will not be held liable. This includes pregnancies, allergies and medical conditions.  

Hygiene is extremally important to V'sBeautique and every measure is taken to ensure optimal hygiene and cleanliness.

Payment 

Most debit cards are accepted, as well as Pay Pal and Cash.
